You should never list a property online without an accompanying floor plan. Todays buyers expect to see a clear accurate plan as part of the marketing so they can fully appreciate the property lay out and size. We can customise the floor plan to show your logo and in colours to fit in with your brand.
Why not ask us to prepare the floor plan whilst we are at the property taking photo's, carrying out an EPC inspection or completing an inventory. Carrying out multiple services at the same time will reduce costs and of course, we will get all items requested to you swiftly.
